Brisbane’s favourite celebration of food, art and music is back, with Night Feast 2026 presented by American Express returning to Brisbane Powerhouse from 29 July to 23 August.
I am particularly proud to support this event, having worked with Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner to secure funding for Night Feast as Civic Cabinet Chair for the Arts.
Our team creates more to see and do for you and together, we recognised the opportunity to create a unique cultural event in our backyard that would support local artists, hospitality businesses and the broader night-time economy.
I also acknowledge the support secured through the previous Federal Government and former Federal Member for Brisbane Trevor Evans, whose backing helped strengthen the festival’s future.
Now in its fifth season, our Night Feast has grown into one of Brisbane’s premier winter events, transforming the Brisbane Powerhouse precinct into a vibrant destination filled with incredible food, large-scale art installations, live music, performance and family-friendly experiences.
It is exactly the kind of event championed by Lord Mayor Adrian Schrinner’s vision of providing more to see and do in Brisbane, supporting our creative industries and ensuring Brisbane continues to be recognised as Australia’s lifestyle and cultural capital.
Featuring more than 20 of Brisbane’s best restaurants and food providers, Night Feast offers everything from indulgent festival favourites to innovative new culinary creations. Returning favourites include Donna Chang, Burn City Smokers, Hoy Pinoy, Gelato Messina and Wonderbao, while exciting newcomers such as Blackbird, Norté, Ruby, My Dear, AUNTY, Poca Madre Mexicana and others make this year’s lineup one of the strongest yet.
Beyond the food, visitors can immerse themselves in an ambitious arts and entertainment program, including the interactive Ignite installation by Amigo & Amigo, VISTA by Stephanie Lake Company, Total Vibrations by Jonny Niesche and a range of live performances, music experiences and creative activations throughout the festival.

One of the great things about Night Feast is how accessible it is. We encourage visitors to catch the 199 or 196 bus services to New Farm and enjoy a stress-free trip to the festival. For those driving, please remember that New Farm is a residential suburb and residents still need access to their homes. Please park legally, respect local parking restrictions and never park across driveways. By planning ahead and being considerate of our local community, we can ensure Night Feast remains an enjoyable experience for everyone.
